All our cars have a Z Energy fuel card in them, allowing you to top up at any Z Energy, Caltex or Challenge fuel station. The PIN code for the fuel card, is available in your app during an active booking.
The fuel card can be found in the card holder attached to the car key.
It is the driver's responsibility to put fuel in the car if it falls below a quarter of a tank during your booking. Please remember to allocate time for refuelling when making your booking. Cars must be returned with at least a quarter tank of fuel. Failure to do so may result in a fine.
Please note there is a maximum transaction limit of $200 per day on each of our fuel cards.
If you cannot find the fuel card..
Please pay for the fuel yourself and send the receipt to info@cityhop.co.nz
We will credit the owed amount to your Cityhop account. Please note we cannot reimburse without a copy of the physical fuel reciept.
