After unlocking the vehicle with your Cityhop App, you have 2 minutes to start the engine before the engine's immobiliser is activated.
To reset the immobiliser, make sure the key is out of the ignition then click 'unlock' in the app. Wait for the vehicle to respond (lights may flash and you should hear the click of it unlocking), then start the engine.
Ensure the key is not in the ignition and the doors are all closed when locking/unlocking in the app.
