Firstly make sure you are entering the correct fuel PIN provided in your booking confirmation email and are using at an approved fuel station (Z Energy/Caltex/Challenge).
If the fuel card doesn’t work, please pay for the fuel yourself and send the receipt to email@example.com
We will credit the owed amount to your Cityhop account.
Please note there is a maximum transaction limit of $100 per day on each of our fuel cards. If you require to top up by more pay the difference yourself and send us the receipt and our team can reimburse your account.
