Yes! Booking extensions can be altered, up to and during your booking, in the Trip section of your Cityhop App. Find your current booking and click modify to enter a new end time. This is subject to availability.
You won't be able to extend your booking yourself in the app once your booking end time has passed so you will need to contact us.
If another member has booked directly after your finish time, you will not be able to extend your booking.
If you cannot return the vehicle in time and another member has it booked, please call us on 0800 224 894 or 09 374 5081 so we can find a solution.
