Unfortunately, at times we are unable to accept your membership. If your account has been rejected, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- Verification checks
- Background checks
- Condition of licence
- Internal risk assessment on application
- Licence type - Learners/Restricted are not accepted for account holders.
- Licence conditions - we do not accept "Must be accompanied by supv" conditions
- International licence questions
- Do not meet the age requirement on licence types (international/restricted)
If you believe your account has been wrongfully rejected, don't hesitate to contact us to reassess this, and a decision will be made within 2 - 5 business days.
